To start working on your trip, we require a signed contract and a planning fee. This fee is non-refundable but will be applied toward the total cost of your trip.

4. Designing Your Trip

Within 2-3 weeks, we will present your first itinerary proposal. During this presentation, you can share your feedback, suggestions, and adjustments to ensure your dream trip meets all your expectations.

5. Booking Details

Once you approve the final itinerary, we’ll send you a customized payment plan and begin making the reservations.

6. Journey Begins

Your adventure begins! Relax and enjoy every moment. While you're traveling, we’re still here for you—if you need any help or advice, don’t hesitate to reach out

7. Post Trip

After your trip, we love hearing all about your adventures! Share your favorite photos and experiences with us, tell us what you enjoyed the most, and let us know how we can make your next trip with Lúmina even better.
